the subject is outside the realm of either author their views
are extrapolated from my interpretation of their works. Each piece is focused on elements relevant to the
discussions from the semester. The format that these pieces are delivered in is mini essays,
so these are less formal than the traditional essay like was submitted for the midterm paper.
